Angry and disappointed

Extremely disappointed and annoyed to include warped frames in the complaint list. With so many complaints like this, one would expect Swannick to actually address this issue. Returning an item for a replacement or refund is such a hassle, especially if you live in South Africa. Guys, read reviews and do better!
