Good support is like a big hug!
Currently 22 weeks pregnant and very happy with this pillow! I let it expand for the recommended 48 hours and it fluffed up nicely. If you love a spoon, you'll love this pillow. It supports my back and feels like a big hug around my whole body. I wake up at night much less often and I am very glad that I decided to do it without waiting for the third trimester. I think it's good for everyone - pregnant or not. I also got a jersey case instead of velvet, at least for the summer. It's soft and a little cooler.
