Very happy with my Kingdel fanless PC. I believe it's essentially a laptop motherboard and chipset in a solid aluminum fanless case. It has an 8th Gen Intel i7, 256GB SSD and 16GB RAM. Accessories and mounting holes for a second SSD are included (I installed a 1 TB Seagate SSD). There is also a second RAM slot so the total RAM can be increased up to 32GB with a suitable SIMM (see my picture). Operating system - Windows 10 Pro. It was pre-activated and I received an activation code via email directly from Kingdel in case I needed to reinstall it. Plenty of USB 3.0 ports, as well as HDMI and Displayport. Dual monitor should be possible through these two ports, but I haven't tried that. The handling and the external processing are very nice. Excellent value for money in my opinion. Edit - I found a suitable memory SIMM and was able to upgrade it to 32GB of RAM.
