Great material used on truck side and bike side. The instructions included were easy enough to read and attach the pad with no difficulty. I haven’t used the padlock ability yet but the multiple housing spots made it easy to configure multiple bikes in the truck. The only "issue” I had was the bikes were leaning left and right as I drove. Might be common but it was easily fixed with bungee cord through the back tire. Overall it exceeded my expectations for utility and obtained it at a reasonable price.
