My experience with them so far has been great. Sound quality is better than expected, but that's no surprise considering the brand. I've read reviews complaining about the need for an app to use the glasses. Aside from the initial setup, I didn't have to use the app at all. (Well, I used it again to show the list of AR apps). The only downside I've found so far, and it's so small it seems like a minor thing, is that the glasses don't automatically connect to a device (in my case, my phone) when you turn them off and on again. . You need to re-enable it in settings. Hopefully this is something they can fix in a software update. Otherwise, the microphone is impressively sensitive. I tested its limits by whispering over the phone and the person on the other line could understand my voice. Overall a great purchase. As someone who works in manufacturing, I'm interested in seeing freehand applications of this technology in manufacturing.
