Biggest disappointment

I bought the controller first and it came with defective L2 and L1 so they sent me a replacement. I press a button and only see the result 3 seconds later. I have to press certain keys to make it work. Very disappointed with this whole controller, I will never buy it again nor recommend it. Just stick with a regular PS4 controller.
