On the third day, the courier called and said that he would not be able to pick up the goods, since he had a passenger car and the mattress would not fit. Why they did not appoint a truck - is unknown. Again I wrote in support - the robot replied that they would sort it out in 1-2 days. A week has passed, the goods have not been taken, support does not work, the answers are printed by the robot that we are dealing with the problem, wait 1-2-3 days. By phone, the operators answer that I have already sent a request in the chat and we have to wait. Terrible attitude to the client, I do not advise anyone to issue a return through a courier!
