Keep warm! good for storage and organization
I grilled pulled pork to take to the family dinner after my uncle's funeral. The grill was kept hot in a Pyrex oven until done (covered with foil). I placed a heavy kitchen towel and a couple of hot stone bread makers under the Pyrex, then covered everything with a rolled up towel. Three and a half hours later the grill was still HOT! And everything was eaten in 15 minutes!
