I like that my team can communicate and collaborate at work without having to leave our desks. It has been amazing for all of us! We are able to use it during our work day and have no problems with being disconnected or not knowing what's going on. My only dislike so far is that sometimes we get notifications when we don't want them, but once we click on the notification, we're good to go. It's not something that has affected me personally, but maybe it has some users who need to be more careful about when they check their notifications.
