I was worried they wouldn't hold up well over makeup in the white suit but they held up with no problem. They also washed off easily with my regular face wash and light rubbing with my fingers. The tricky part is that when you cut them out they have a paper backing. If you try to put it on your face, the side with the picture is facing down and the side of the paper is facing out. You cannot see graphics through the paper you are trying to place. It's hard to reconcile both sides. My friend bought another set shaped like a pattern printed on backing paper to help you place. I wish they had too. Everything worked out for me in the end, but it took way longer than it should have.
