I purchased this bra for my step daughter wedding as my dress was backless. I read all the reviews and figured I would still give it a chance. I'm a 42D and it gave no support at all (just imagine when a strapless underwire bra loses its wire). The adhesion was great and I even followed another user suggestion of bending over and push it up close underneath for best fit. That didn't work and I had to keep adjusting it in the front.
