I like that it's easy to use, has great features (including mobile apps), integrates with other services (like WeChat) seamlessly, can be accessed via desktop or phone/tablet devices without any issues at all. It also provides support for multiple languages including English, Spanish, Portuguese etc., which makes things easier when working in different countries where your customers may speak differently than you do! Also, there are many integrations available so as long as one of them works well enough with whatever software you're using then everything should work fine too. Honestly though - nothing really comes across here as being bad about this product but rather just what we've come to expect by now. If anything, some of their recent updates have been pretty buggy. But again not something specific to exMail itself. The fact they provide such good customer service after launch helps.
