I initially ordered the 16inch and it was NOT true to length and not Hd. I ordered the 24 inch and this wig was true to length. The hair sheds and gets matted but once you finesse it, it looks good again., if you don’t use product, once the hair drys it’s going to be so poofy and hard to manage. also knots are hard to bleach. Overall it’s OK, I would reorder since decent compared to the others on this site.
