Much cheaper than stated on the website.

The cloth is cheap and not as thick as we would like. The bag that contained the backpack was sticky and covered in brown goo. When I took the bag out of the box, I noticed that the bottom of the bag was torn and some of the stitching had come undone. The straps are very cheap and obviously filled with styrofoam. It's still a working backpack and if I had ordered another one it probably wouldn't have been damaged.
