I had one of these for my old iPad Pro 12.9 inch so when I got the new one I just had to buy it. It has protected my old one for 5 years and this one seems to last just as long. By the way, I didn't get this as a "kids" protective case, but for myself. I have to say that my grandchildren borrowed it and I feel safe. I like the handle that allows you to carry it like a briefcase. One of them concerns where you put the charging pin. It looks flimsy if there is no pencil. I would leave my pencil there but I'm not comfortable yet because the pencil won't fall out. It's good that the pen has a different pen holder and although the pen is a bit loose I know it won't fall out.
