I got this as a Christmas present in 2019. Exactly 6 months later he started making a loud rattling noise. My husband investigated the noise and found that the plastic cover had come loose from the screw that held it in place. There's no way to fix it, so you have to throw it away. $140 in the trash. I liked it when it worked. I could not contact anyone from the company. No replies to my emails etc. It's a shame to only get 6 months from an expensive foot massager. I weigh 130 pounds and have used it as advertised. No one used it but me so I don't even understand how that could have happened other than it was a bad unit.
