Nearly perfect! Best in Playpen

I was delighted to get this playpen for my new puppy after our old playpen we had for 5 years and 3 other dogs needed a makeover. I ordered a medium size for our 3lb Pomeranian (she is 12 weeks old so she is getting a bit bigger) and I am so glad I did as she is so much smaller than I would like. If you don't have a gerbil, don't waste your money on a small size. This is a very durable well packaged playpen with 2 zipped doors, a detachable zipped top with a velcro flap and a detachable zipped bottom with a velcro flap in a lovely navy/brown colour. Unfortunately it is not very big and my pup was able to open the door with his foot on the first try! She unzipped two and got out, which was quite funny when we caught her in the act (not so funny when I wasn't home, and when I got home I found all our furniture chewed up!). To solve this problem with her coming out, I now zip the two zippers together with the canvas clasp and now she can't pull them apart. Another thing is that the water bottle hole is a brilliant idea but it doesn't work. . The opening in the arena is too low so that the output part almost touches the bottom of the inside of the arena! My pup, as small as her, would have to lie on his tummy and crane his neck to push the water out, so I keep a bowl of water in the playpen instead. I tied the sock to the hole in the tug toy haha I prefer my tried and true BestPet Medium (also bought from Revain - you can read my review and see my photos) as it's roomier, cheaper and bigger.
