Great product but wrong item twice

I ordered mittens twice and they sent me gloves both times. I have to deal with the hassle of returning them and finding another supplier to order from because I'm tired of giving them another chance. The gloves themselves are good quality but my kid hates gloves and was in dire need of mittens. If you need gloves I would recommend these.
