They are good to work with, very efficient and can be trusted. I have nothing negative to say about MSSI, we had an issue at first but they made it right by bringing me new hires that were good replacements. The hiring process was very easy for us! If I need staffing again I will definitely use them. There is nothing bad I can say about this company. We needed help recruiting staff to fill vacancies on our medical office staff. I liked that they had a lot of options for our agency. They had a lot of different options for different positions. And they were willing to work with us to find the best fit for our company. There was a bit of a learning curve with the software but it's not a huge problem. I did not really have any complaints about them but there are a lot of options for our company. The benefits of them are that they have a lot of options and they are willing to work with you to find the best fit for your company.
