Pros: - Easy to assemble if you read the included instructions - Comfortable for a 270lb person - No need to squeeze into the seat - Nice upholstery Cons: - Minor damage bases and cushions. Since the damage after assembling the chair is either at floor level or hidden by screws, it doesn't matter. The plastic base increases the risk of it chipping over time. I'll update in a year or so as it stands. A week later: Now that I've had time to sit in it. So far the only negative is that the wheels are sticky at times. You don't like to ride. The rest is still very convenient. 4/5 stars 6 months left Update: Holding up well. Still very comfortable, but the wheels are a pain in the ass. They can literally roll anywhere, which to me defeats the purpose of a hardwood wheelchair. Upgrade to 3/5 stars.
