Worked great for the first few months. I installed this on an old boat and loved not having to install the speedometer gauge in the water. The installation went quickly and easily. This is my second summer of using it and it can only pick up satellites when my boat is moving in certain directions. I can drive south and everything works great. When I turn and head north the screen shows POS (exactly what it has become for me) but that means it's looking for my POSITION as it can't find enough satellites to give an accurate speed. The connector on the back looks like there are some extra ports you can connect an external antenna to, but it looks like LATNEX doesn't offer one for the Revain. I have to look for a new one with an external antenna.
