they were too thin. I usually supplement for a week. breakfast, lunch and dinner. Sometimes the upper lip tears when trying to undo the little zipper. ON FIRST USE! What a train. If you plan to use more than once or just open them very carefully I think you will be fine. I personally found her too skinny. I'll take a heavier mil next time. Lesson learned. Will use them first. blah!
