These shirts fit and feel great. When I buy my normal size, the shirt fits quite tight but is very stretchy and doesn't restrict my movement. You can train comfortably in it. I also use it as a base layer for tank tops at work where I wear it for 16 hours. straight and they never felt embarrassed. I also like colors. However, I washed and dried all three parts several times. They worked well for a few uses but the shirts quickly lost their ability to compress. After a couple of weeks, everyone relaxed and stopped contracting like they should. Unfortunately, the material is very comfortable and they seem to be quite well made. I guess I just wear them like regular shirts and they keep me cooler than bare skin and comfortable.
