Knowing how smart my cat is I thought she would run at the sight of the carrier once I brought it in (as she has with the others) but nope she just sniffed around and chilled in it at different times of the day. Had NO issues taking her to the Vet with the carrier. Super efficient with the different zippers and sections, the shoulder strap and not to mention the extra lock on the zips is a plus ! Wish the inner soft piece with the cardboard was a tad bit thicker but other than that no complaints.
