Sometimes it's difficult to judge the quality of a product online. Photos sometimes do not reflect the weight of the item. There are many details in this backpack that you may have overlooked. One looks very nice. Very high quality. The fabric is durable (but doesn't look technical) and the red has a bit of orange in it, making it more interesting than just red (my wife's words). The handle is made of leather and reinforced with nylon. I feel like it can be pulled and pulled quite a bit without tearing. The zipper is metal, not cheap plastic, and is also very strong. The size is good too. It's comfortable for my 5'4" wife and doesn't overwhelm her, but it also seems to have plenty of storage space. In addition to her iPad, it has kid's lighters, coloring books, a small pharmacy, markers, and tons of fidget gadgets. I think hers Wallet and more common "purse" items are also in. She likes it because it's functional and looks good.
