The bracelet broke the first time it was worn!

My 7 year old loves watches. He wanted to wear it on his first day of school. We set the clock and that's it! When we got to the car we noticed the pin was missing from the strap. He only wore it for an hour or so. I hope it was just a broken group and we can try a new one. I will review and update the contacts as we receive them.
