(PLUS SIZE GUIDE: 6'0", 275 lbs, regular size 18/20, bra 40F, waist 40-41" I bought size XL in white and pink options .This bra/crop top is SUPER soft, holds girls in place and is very flattering (doesn't cut into my back or anything, smooths out my back ridges.) I don't know if I'd run or whatever but I did would hike or walk all the way.It's cute for a workout, lounging around the house or paired with high waisted jeans for brunch or dinner.I've also worn it under the neckline like a proper bra rather than a shirt /bra It's cool and allows airflow so I'm not dying or anything and the material seems to soak up/dry quickly Highly recommend!
