Best for small wrists.
Looks like the manufacturer's photos. I have a larger wrist than most and can only reach the 4th hole which leaves a small strip that fits under the two pieces holding the excess tape material. This means that I have to put up with the fact that the two parts slip off easily and there is a risk of the tape tearing off the metal tooth (I don't know what else to call it). Although good quality.
