Review on Women'S Summer Floral Print Vintage Ruffles Puff Sleeves Midi Dress by Matt Louis

Absolutely adore this dress, I get so many compliments when I wear it! I'm 5'3" and weigh around 97lbs with an A-cup and ordered a size xs. I will say the arm sleeves are sort of tight but overall the garment is very stretchy. There's no zipper or buttons, but the whole top part is shirred so there's no issue squeezing into it. Fabric is light and breathable and there's double layers, I wore skin toned underwear with it (but that's not required!). If you have a smaller chest I recommend a pushup as I think there would be way too much extra fabric at the top, but for larger chested ladies this will be perfect as is!
