Too soft - not enough support

However, the pillow was delivered as is - this pillow is too soft. It's memory foam, but the foam just flexes completely once my head hits the pillow. There was no real support for my neck or my head. I was looking for a pillow that wasn't super firm, but this one was too soft. If you are looking for a pillow that will sag and lose support, this is the pillow for you.
