Review on Sony WH900N h.ear wireless headphones on 2 Wireless NC by Wiktor Grzankowski ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Matches the description completely, very satisfied.

Throughout the course of the year, my entire family made a series of purchases consisting of the 900N, 1000xm2, and 1000xm3; at work, I compared it to a Bose 35 II that was acquired by a coworker (exchanged with him for a day), so this review will touch on a variety of topics. The first thing that will keep you up at night while you're trying to decide is whether or not you made the right choice by going with Bose. There is no clear answer; however, all three Sony models definitely have better noise reduction (the 1000xm2 is the undisputed winner in this category); in terms of sound, none of the Sony models lose at all (the 900N model is the best of the three in this category); Another advantage is the length of time a charge lasts. But in addition to their benefits, they have a number of significant drawbacks, including the fact that you cannot use the 900N or the 1000xm2 as a headset, the questionable quality of the materials used, the problem of touchpad glitches when the temperature is low, and the question of the quality of the materials. Consequently, I would say this: if I were to choose a headphone brand, I would go with Sony over Bose any day of the week (but this is just my personal IMHO, I do not impose it). A comparison of the following parameters, together with their scores on a scale from one to ten: 1. Sound. 900N - 9.5; xm3 - 9; xm2 - 8.5 2. a reduction in the amount of noise. The XM2 features the most impressive (in xm3 it is also very good, but it still loses in comparison with its predecessor). xm2 - 10; xm3 - 9; 900N-7 3. Similar to a headphone. Because the 900N and the xm2 have an issue that cannot be fixed, it will be extremely difficult to make use of them in this capacity. The problem when talking is not with you (you just hear the interlocutor perfectly, which is especially valuable when you speak a foreign language), but with the interlocutor: any sound around you is transmitted to the headphones with amplification, and, for example, pressing the buttons on the computer keyboard by you responds he has an intolerable roar. You just hear the interlocutor perfectly. This cant is not entirely fixed in xm3, but it has been decreased to a level that is below the critical one, and other players will now be able to communicate with you. xm3 - 6; xm2 and 900N - 2 4. A charge of battery. There is no need to worry about charging the 900N or the xm2 because their operation can continue indefinitely. In the case of the xm3, there is no such lava, and I am required to keep an eye on the charge; I charge them once every three days. xm2-10; 900N - 9.5; xm3 - 7.5

Pros
  • - A battery that lasts for a long time - A reduction in background noise - A lower cost (when compared to devices priced at 1000xm*)
Cons
  • - The burdensome nature of carrying (lack of a hard case and the inability to fold to a flat state) - Can be used as a headset - Can be used in tandem with two different devices - The nature of the material (plastic, leatherette) - The length of the charging process and its "capriciousness" (in the USA, when charging from a 110V network, they fell into "clinical death" for some time, it took a full charge via USB PC)
