The column tilts and breaks at the base.
I bought this for the local playground last summer so it wouldn't just be used by one family. He wouldn't stay upright. Finally, I dug a hole about 12" deep, inserted 3 12" support rods into it and into the base of the post for stability, and poured Quik-Crete into the hole. Soon it began to tilt, and in April the column broke off at the base. I suggest getting a good quality steel tubing from Lowes or Home Depot, similar to a swing set in a public playground or in the jungle.
