The ease of use with our customer care team. We are able to easily update contact information, add new clients, etc. without having to reach out to a service rep or salesperson. This was a great benefit when we had a large number of potential customers looking for new opportunities to connect with us. We are also able to add multiple email addresses at once instead of having to go through one person at a time. I wish there were options to delete emails from certain people so that it didn't appear in my inbox multiple times.
