After reading the reviews I decided to go with my "normal" size. I often go up a half or full size if I can't try them on first. A good thing. They are roomy but not "flexible". It is a good casual shoe that will not hurt your feet when walking. This is my favorite shoe for walking the dog in the evening and still looks good enough for everyday wear around town. I bought the black ones to replace my old bass walking shoes that were wearing out and might buy the brown ones later. In this price range they are good value for money.
