This looks great and is powered by an old 12V 500mA PSU sitting in storage BUT when we tried To connect the speakers we were unable to loosen 3 of the 4 mini Phillips screws because someone either overtightened or glued them. We hope it was an accident and have ordered a second amp. The second amp had the same problem with a screw that was over tightened! However, after carefully trying to loosen them with various larger screwdrivers (without removing the heads), I FINALLY managed to loosen all 4 on the second unit. Now we could finally connect some loudspeakers and test the amplifier. Good volume, but very distorted above 50% volume and high bass settings. Unacceptable if you can't afford more than $20.
