Review on Vivaplex 2 oz Cosmetic Jars: πŸ’„ 24 White Containers with Liners and Dome Lids by Vera Lewis

Thin Plastic Is Economical

Because I needed small cosmetic jars, I decided on 24 new high quality 2 ounce white cosmetic jars with inserts and domed lids for two reasons. First, they include an insert that most containers don't have, and second, they're inexpensive. I didn't know if they were double walled or how easy they were to screw in and out. They are perfectly packaged in a box with lightweight plastic sheets separating each layer. Some of these bright white containers had lids screwed on so tightly that I was afraid of breaking them when removing the lids. To my surprise, the threads are thin and bulky, taking a few turns to remove the cap. Another surprise was that the thickness of the plastic is very thin, so thin I was shocked to see my finger through it when holding it up to the high beam. There is no liner in the lid and it is the same as the tub. The edges are more sharp than smooth and I hope that won't be an issue when people remove the body butter from my baths. The earbuds are thicker than I expected and are very easy to lift and change. Most of the ones I saw were thin and weak, but that's not one of them. They fit perfectly and snap securely onto and into bathtubs. When oils in the containers lubricate the threads, screwing the cap on and off is smoother. The lid fits without liners, so if you don't need them, that's no problem. I personally find this gives the best seal, which is why I use it. For single wall cosmetic containers I find them amazing. They hold up well to the label and I intend to order them in the 4oz size. The tub weighs approximately 9 grams without product, liner, or lid. It holds 2 fl oz of water, less than my product, which is a whipped solid.
