I normally wear medium/large clothes, so I ordered a medium in the shape wear and it was unfortunately too large. The fabric seemed to be good quality but it didn’t have enough tension in the stomach area so it didn’t suck me in at all. I would suggest ordering a small if you wear medium/large clothes if you really want a swimming effect.
- The waist trainer vest aspect of the bodysuit helps to strengthen the abdominal muscles and improve posture.
- The jumpsuit may create an unflattering silhouette
