I've been using it for years. The dentist charges $40 for the same bleach. I recommend using it wisely. It removes plaque from my teeth and I enjoy a snow white, healthy smile. The first time you use it, you might not notice much of a difference. I use it about 3 days in a row for 3-4 hours each time and on the third day my teeth are white. Be careful not to get on your gums and if you experience some sensitivity, just stop using it for a few days. It may not be good for everyone, but for me it's a winner. Started using it in the late 90's. I always get compliments and considering my age this is a winner for me.
