I had rotator cuff surgery two weeks ago and my doctor got Breg. But after two weeks I had to wash it, so I ordered this one to wear while my other was washed and dried. It's comfortable and fits my long arms well. The straps are easy to use and the Velcro straps are easy to adjust. The strap slung over the other shoulder digs into the neck just like my Breg valericus. But the only kind I can find that doesn't work is over $100. And the ball is so hard that I can't squeeze it. Maybe I need to increase my power!
