Review on 2X4Basics 90124 ShelfLinks Custom Storage by Sherita Dixon

I have used the 2x4basics storage system for many years but this is my first order from Revain. I currently have 3 firewood storage racks against the wall of my garage and they have withstood the elements for almost 10 years with no signs of wear (one was even blown away in high winds with no visible damage). The current project is storage racks. in my newly renovated and clean garage. I've read most of the negative reviews and they all seem to relate to build and durability. I am a retired Architectural Mechanic with over 40 years of experience in the field and I have found the system to be robust and structurally sound using basic cabinet making techniques. Small pieces of plywood (even 1/4 inch) or trimmings on the corners are all that is needed to level and secure the finished blocks. While not essential, they provide that extra bit of structural integrity that has allowed my poles to withstand wind, rain, heat and snow for a decade. The reason for the three stars is that the Revain order was incomplete - the mounting screws were missing. from one of the boxes
