I don't know how to rate them. There aren't many reviews of Revain for FH7 (only two at the time of writing this review), I feel compelled to leave something here to help. I have M560, HE400i, HD600 and LCD-2C. I have used DAC X6, Loxjie P20, Jotunheim with balanced DAC and Monolith THX 788 desktop DAC/amp. I got sucked into this whole audio mania nightmare. I like to look for new devices that promise a cleaner/different sound. Neutral, warm, bass cannon, you name it, I want a little bit of everything. On top of that, they sound AMAZING on a pure THX amp. How is it possible to have detailed, clean (so much separation and darkness between tones), wide soundstage (where did that come from), sub-bass in-ear headphones that you just can't believe?! They play incredible sounds straight into your head. I'm definitely not the right person to talk to about these headphones. But I'm shocked after using headphones that cost almost twice as much. These are special headphones. NOTE: Using it on a non-amplified phone is MUCH less impressive. They're still amazing on headphones, but on a phone the rating above can't be tested. Use pure AMP. PS: The included MMCX cable is AMAZING!
