Review on Universal Stand Adjustable Management 400X400Mm Furniture by Crystal Bryant

A simple piece of double sided tape rendered this useless. Sure I could have put the time and energy into replacing the tape, but isn't that why I ordered online? So I don't have to scour the city for what I need? I assembled the stand and everything seemed to work fine as advertised until I started putting a small stick on my feet. The last round rubber leg was missing the tape to attach it to the underside of the glass platform. I called their support hoping to get a replacement part but they hung up after waiting 30 seconds. Maybe someone will answer me after reading my review. I don't have much hope. Update: Since I couldn't reach them by phone, I sent an email. A week went by and there wasn't even an acknowledgment that they'd received the email, let alone a decision. Update 2: They finally answered my email after a week. They sent replacement legs which arrived three weeks after the original shipment. They explained that it is Chinese New Year, which is the reason for the lack of support. However, this should be transparent to the client, in my opinion. They asked me to change my rating from one star to four or five stars. Sorry I will change one star to three as the problem is finally solved. It was certainly not above average and exemplary service.
