I saw this product in one of these Facebook offers. I really needed coasters because I don't have a lot of countertop space to put hot dishes on. When I took one of the stands out of the box, one of the levers was dangling inside the box. I was able to snap it back up, but not a great first impression. I first used them about a week ago and was impressed by how well they handle the heat. I used it again last night with two different pans and it worked wonders. So for the price of around $12 I'm not even mad. If they get a little dirty, simply wipe them with a damp cloth or rub with your finger. It is really that easy.
