Works if I soak my feet first

SZQHT Foot File Callus Remover Nano Crystal Glass Foot Scrubber I have very bad dry cracked heels. I usually use a blade to remove calluses. So I decided to try this. It's not as good, but safer! Sometimes when I use a razor blade it slips and I cut a small area. Before using this scrubber I had to soak my heels in warm water for about 10 minutes but it worked but not as fast. In case you're wondering, it's not as good as PedEgg either.
