Firstly, the app they are asking you to download is not the right app. After speaking to support I downloaded another app which also didn't work. Then the clock wouldn't start at all. So I sent it back. Also, I had a Fitbit 2 that got lost. But the Core 2.0 just felt and looked a lot cheaper
