The support team was very responsive when I needed help with my account setup or any other questions that came up during implementation process! They made it easy for me (and probably many others) who do not have much experience doing this kind of thing before but are looking forward towards something new - they helped us set everything right out off bat without problems so far :) It's great having all your information stored together under one roof where you can easily access them anytime anywhere through an app etc., Also being able to export reports into CSV files makes things easier too! We're solving integration issues between different platforms like Salesforce/Zendesk tickets & Slack channels by integrating those systems via APIs we've created ourselves along side some custom connectors built upon datashift services provided here :).
