2 stars because it works and is only temporary for me, BUT. The elastic band is slightly wider than the stylus and the slot it goes through - 2 issues with it: 1) When I tried to install on my Fitbit, the stylus popped right out. It took me ok. 5 minutes of very frustrated attempts to get the needle back (due to the added weight of the gum). 2) It's very difficult to adjust the size because the elastic is quite stiff (I'm sure this will change with wear) and again it's wider than the slot it goes through. So no wrist adjustments - trial and error. So far I haven't been able to find "what I need" for my wrist. I gave up and it's a little weaker than I'd like. For me it's just a placeholder while I wait for my magnetic metal so it's fine but for longer and more intensive use I'm not sure I would trust the pins to not pop out / lose the device.
