Getting used to it

I go hiking barefoot, use Fitkicks with a lot of stones or a lot of skittles. I saw them and thought they could give off a little more heat but still be able to feel the earth. Although they offer more warmth, the sole is made of a strange "sticky" material. I trip because the sole sticks to the ground when I lift my foot. It's not sticky enough to pull on the entire sock/boot, but enough to make it difficult for me to walk. I would NOT use them on the trail at this point. I hope if I wear them long enough they lose their stickiness. In addition, the material from which the sole is made is also found inside the shoe. This is weird stuff. It doesn't breathe well when sticky and my feet feel sticky. But they fit well and look normal. They are easy to drop when you go somewhere. I wear them but they are made of something that is not natural or organic.

  • Athletic
Cons
  • Requires a socket
