Review on 🎒 Large Black OGIO Gambit Backpack by Heather Reyes

I bought both the OGIO Gambit 17 and OGIO Renegade RSS to compare them personally. The bags are almost identical. I noticed three main differences: 1) Renegade is more tightly woven than Gambit. I think Renegade looks better (higher quality) when viewed alongside Gambit, but Gambit still looks good on its own. Both appear to be of good quality and should last a long time, although the Renegade can be a bit more premium due to the tighter weave. 2) The Gambit doesn't have as much padding in the laptop compartment compared to the Renegade. I considered it irrelevant in my comparison because Gambit (IMHO) is well packaged - slightly less than Renegade. If you're not too strict with your stuff, the Gambit fodder should be more than enough. 3) The zipper in the Renegade laptop compartment only goes down about 20% of the bag height. I have a 13 inch laptop and since it's quite small it doesn't fill the entire pocket. I have to reach deep into my bag to get my laptop out, which is extremely difficult because it's a narrow bag that's almost impossible to open. Gambit's design differs in that the case opens all the way down and fully open, making it easier to remove and insert laptops. Save the Gambit and simply return the Renegade. UPDATE (7/4/15): I've been using this backpack for a few months now and love it. A few things to note: 1) When about 80% full, it fits under the small airplane seat (CRJ900). He probably fits in fully packed. need quick and easy access) in the front pocket so I can carry the pack on one shoulder and rotate it for access. The front pocket is slightly higher than my previous packs and I find it difficult to open the pack. 3) There are so many pockets in this backpack, easy to lose things. On the other hand, it's very easy to keep things organized.
