Nice, except for weak line return.
I like the design, really easy to switch out caps. I do wish the lanyard was stronger. The return on the line is kind of weak and does need to be manually retracted at times. I do not believe that mine is any heavier than the average nursing badge. I have bought cheap ones that retract quickly and flawlessly (until they wear out).
